Database Administrator

Database Administrator: Require a Master’s degree or equiv. degree in computer science, engineering or related field. Work Place: Middleton, WI and/or any unanticipated locations in the U.S. Must be willing to travel or relocate nationwide. 40 hrs/wk. Analyze, develop, configure, integrate and maintain database systems on Windows and Unix platforms using SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, V-SQL, SQL-Map Reduce, Razor SQL, Ad-Hoc SQL Reports, Postgre SQL, Core Java, Tableau, Toad, Teradata SQL Assistant, Teradata Studio Express, Base SAS, Teradata and SQL Server. Develop and modify database tables, forms, queries and reports. Develop custom database packages, functions, stored procedures and triggers. Perform database maintenance, monitoring and backups. Perform system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Perform system monitoring, security measures, and troubleshooting, system and application support and maintenance activities. Software Developers & Programmers: Require a Master’s degree or equiv. degree in computer science, engineering or related field. Implement Design Patterns and Methodologies in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications using design patterns Utilize application development methodologies. Participate in the system reviews. Perform analysis of gang of four design pattern implementations Confer with others to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, and formats for reports. Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies. Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Write, implement, and report status for system test cases for testing. Identify the data relations and mapping for generating reports. Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Create system diagrams including database model, system components, deployment and object model. Create application prototypes and UI Mockups. Document user stories. Design and develop custom modules/solutions and the integration of these components with third party Vendor specific Software Development Kits (SDK). Design class diagrams.
